|| Position

You will be in charge of leading our development team towards making our next generation robotic exoskeleton. You will grow a cross-disciplinary team from the ground up and integrate the contributions from different fields of expertise. You will develop a product that will help thousands of patients reconnect with society. Your experience in developing robotic medical devices will benefit the team and inspire respect and interest from your co-workers. It will have a substantial contribution to the product’s value provided to the patients and their relatives.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead the product development team towards transforming our functional prototype into a ready-for-market medical product
• Identify and execute the key steps required to sustain our technological lead
• Translate the product functional requirements into product features
• Supervise and execute the hardware development of our robotic exoskeleton product while accounting for manufacturing constraints
• Supervise and execute the software development of our exoskeleton’s firmware
• Identify and select suppliers that meet the high quality and responsibility standards of a medical device
• Grow the development team by screening and hiring top-level candidates
